Standings

Standings are determined by:

1. winning percentage
2. points average
3. head-to-head record
4. common opponent record excluding forfeit wins

For head-to-head record, if multiple teams have equal winning percentage and points average, then head-to-head results among all teams and points among all teams are used to determine the highest-ranked team. Then remaining teams start the tie-breaker procedure from the beginning until all teams are ranked.
